We are located at 3830 State Route 122 in Franklin, Ohio, sandwiched between the Wilson Farms housing development and the old LCNB bank. You’ll know you’ve arrived when you see a large brick sign located next to our entryway and a single-story light-colored brick building with hunter green trim.
When you step through our front doors, you’ll experience a modern, warm, and hospitable atmosphere.

What Makes Us Different?
We are a general practice who also sees exotics, if the pet can fit through our front doors, we’re willing to help how we can. We like getting to know our clients and patients on a personal level and being involved with our community with fundraising events. Our doctors believe in transparency when practicing medicine and communicating effectively with our clients.
Requesting an Appointment
Your First Appointment
Upon entering our facility one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will warmly greet you and get you checked in before ushering you into one of our exam rooms. Once in the exam room one of our technicians will come in to get a history of your pet, the reason for needing an appointment, and assess their vitals. Once your technician has briefed your doctor about your pet, they will then enter together to conduct the doctor’s exam and create a treatment plan specific to your pet. Once all your questions and concerns are answered by either our doctor or one of our highly educated team members, they will then provide an invoice for your approval. After any necessary treatments or diagnostics are completed, your technician will be able to process payment right from the exam room for your convenience.
