Dr. Ariana Bolan
Background:
Dr. Bolan holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Wright State University and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Ohio State University in 2015. She spent most of her childhood in Centerville, Ohio, and knew from the age of ten that veterinary medicine was her calling. During her college years, she gained valuable experience working at the Humane Society of Dayton for several years.
Professional Interests:
Dr. Bolan is passionate about companion animal medicine, with a particular interest in reptiles and pocket pets. She also specializes in soft tissue surgery and generously donates her time to Myles Ahead Rescue, where she performs spay and neuter procedures to support animal welfare.
Personal Pets & Hobbies:
At home, Dr. Bolan shares her life with Guthrie, a three-legged Doberman/Shepherd mix; three cats—Cerise (FIV positive), Elincia, and Tiger Lily (FeLV positive); and Rudania, a leopard gecko. She runs a private retirement home for elderly and sick cats and frequently fosters cats in need. In her free time, Dr. Bolan enjoys playing video games with her husband, hiking, baking, sewing, and expressing her creativity through writing.
